Who We Are
My journey into holistic wellness began in 2012, when I set upon my path of self-discovery and healing. Through years of experience, study, and personal evolution, I have united my knowledge and passion with many other health facilitators to create a space where others can receive guidance, find balance, and embrace healing.
Kimberleigh brings extensive knowledge of holistic healing, with a strong emphasis on detoxification and heavy metal cleansing. She understands the profound role of food as medicine, using nutrition to restore balance, vitality, and well-being. Passionate about integrating technology with holistic practices, she explores innovative healing methods that support the body’s natural ability to restore itself. Currently, Kim is on a deeply personal journey of healing through movement, strengthening her connection to mind-body-spirit wellness. Her unique expertise allows her to guide others toward optimal health through nutrition, detoxification, movement, and energetic alignment.
I know that the mind, body, and soul is a beautiful and complex copulation of matter and energy. This takes a variety of healthful modalities to upkeep and heal when not properly maintained. I partner with all types of practitioners to aid in healing and guidance to culminate in the most fulfilling, happy, and highest version of your being. To get you from surviving to Thriving is our goal!
